It doesn&#39;t ask you what action to take; instead, open Firefox and go to Tools >  Options >  Privacy and uncheck Accept cookies from sites. Is there any way you can automate this tool so that it asks you what action you&#39;d like to carry out, but, at the time the webpage is or wants to load?
